Everything works great and is in great condition. The only thing missing is the awning. Awning had to be removed, it was dry rotted. This is a 39 foot travel trailer, 2 slide outs, 1 and half bathrooms, 2 ceiling fans, AC, electric fireplace, master and master bath, bunk beds with bath, microwave, slide out couch into bed, sleeps 11. Priced to sell Very BIG and CLEAN! Wonderful for long term living for a large family or multiple families. Two huge slide outs. TWO bathrooms! Large kitchen and fireplace. Fire place heats up fast.
