Dual deep cycle coach batteries, less than a year old. 40G Guardian with 30.5 hours use, 15K BTU air conditioner (with ducts), gas/electric waterheater, Arctic pack, 6 cubic foot gas/electric refrigerator/freezer, Galley has microwave, 3 burner gas range, dual sink with cover, pop-up counter extension, slide out pantry (a great feature!) Includes powered entry step, backup camera, outside shower, ladder, massive storage compartment plus a couple smaller ones. Bathroom in excellent condition with brand new shower curtain. All vents in great shape with powered vent fan over living room area...a great way to keep the RV cool while you're out and not plugged in. 5,000 lb tow hitch with 7 pin connector.
