Tires are good. the outside pictures don't show the slide open or the table, grill and trash bin that the unit has. (a friend took the pics) You can slee 6-8 people. There is a door to load a couple of bikes on the side, the bunk lifts up. This is what the inside picture shows. Batteries are good and has a nice size awning.
