This 2013 ALpine 3700RE fifth-wheel RV is in drive-away condition. The interior is beautiful, and the exterior has been well-maintained. The roof has been completely resealed, the entire RV has been recaulked, and the tires are new. It is ready to go with nothing needed. Spacious living area! Come see this one!!! This 2013 Alpine 3700RE fifth-wheel RV in Fort Pierce, Florida, is in beautiful condition. The seller has nicely updated it. The interior has been completely painted, and the cabinets and finishes are very nice. You will think you are in a luxury home. Entering the RV, you are in the kitchen and dining area. There is a dining table with chairs, and the corner stainless sink is opposite. Next to it is the stove with oven and microwave above. Across is the full-size refrigerator freezer. There is a pantry and open shelving in the kitchen as well. Towards the rear of the RV is the living area. There is a desk with a chair to the right, an entertainment center directly ahead with a fireplace and TV on a televator. To the left is the very comfortable seating area. Back through the kitchen toward the front is the bathroom and master suite. The bath has a full-size walk-in shower with a skylight and a sink with a vanity and toilet. This trailer has been very well maintained, and tows beautifully. No need for a camper of this size any longer, or we would not be selling. We are transitioning into a smaller trailer.
