i lived in this rv for about 2 years in the brutal winters of north dakota and the heater and hot water kept up just fine .when the 3 slide outs are in place it is like a small apartment.everthing works as it needs to as it was my residence.it was kind of nice to come home to my own place with only other campers living around me in the rv park.i just bought a new battery for it, a deep cycle marine battery.the bed is queen size and was fine for me as i am 6' 2" and 250 lbs.and at my size the shower was adequate.i have moved back to vegas as i am tired of those brutal winters and no loger have a need for the rv.reasonable offers and some trades will be considered such as motorcycles or trucks,maybe a car.
Used - Yes. Well maintained - absolutely! New Carlyle tires (September), 2 new Interstate batteries (October), bearings packed, slides adjusted and serviced (Sept).
