We purchased this trailer new Dec 2014 lived in it for 5 months while looking for and remodeling our house. We had planned to continue using it every summer to escape the heat. However, new laws dictating I see my Dr. every 28 days rules out my long range travel plans. So my loss is your gain.This unit has a retail book value over 17k without the add on equipment.
