The RV is in good overall condition. The exterior is clean, with no excessive scratches or damage. One plastic access panel is damaged on the driver side behind the slide. The exterior of the cab looks nice, it has some minor graphic bubbling on the doors. The tires look to be in great condition with deep tread and date codes of 2021. The undercarriage looks good, with no leaks or corrosion seen. The interior had no smells, mildew, or signs of water intrusion. There is some wear and tear on some of the fabric coating. The kitchen was very clean, with no excessive wear and tear. The cab looks great. The seats show no wear. The door panels, dash, switch controls, and console look great. The bedroom was clean and looked to be in great condition. The privacy door is maybe slightly off track, and the bathroom door has some minor veneer damage. 2014 Leprechaun 319DS Class C (by Coachmen) is in very condition with low miles. Outside shows very well, always stored under a covered awning when not in use. The paint is in very good condition. The slide (Toppers) are brand new. Inside is clean, with no odors, smells, or stains. Stock #296357 Super clean. All in perfect condition inside and engine recently serviced. 2014 Leprechaun 319DS Class C (by Coachmen). Only 41,500 miles. The Leprechaun is powered by a Triton 6.8L V10 pushing 305HP and sits on a Ford E450 chassis. The engine was recently serviced.. Both Toppers have been replaced. Great for families as she can sleep 8, as it is outfitted with a cab-over bed, sofa sleeper, booth dinette converts to a bed, and the Queen walk-around in the bedroom.
