31 ft. double bunkhouse, 4 brand new tires, very clean, full propane tanks, queen bed, couch makes into a double bed, table makes into a bed too, 4 twin beds in back of trailer, and storage in front and back of trailer. It has been a great trailer and we have made great memories for our family of five. The plastic fenders above tires need to be replaced because they were damaged when we had a blowout on both sides of trailer.
