It's in good condition but needs a little work. It needs some roof patch around the edges of the 3 slides and a new grey tank installed. I have the new tank still in the box. The front electric jacks go up and down only sometimes but the motor works fine. Other than that I believe everything works well. It has been under covered storage for the last 2 years. I no longer use it and no longer have a truck to move it with so I'm selling it cheap and AS IS. The roof fabric was replaced 3 years ago and is in good shape. It has a 50 amp electric service and 2 AC units. Front bed and bath and rear living room.
