Standard mattress replaced with residential queen Serta pillow top.  The powered slide-out tray with bike rack at the rear allows extra storage for bikes as well as firewood or whatever else you’d like to take along.  Includes rear ladder, spare tire with cover, outside shower, and enclosed underbelly.  Some of the exterior decals are faded/cracked and there is a small dent on rear of slide. New Goodyear tires installed in 2015.  Roof caulking professionally resealed last fall.
