5th wheel with front quad bunks in good condition !! This is a 2009 Wildcat by Forest River model 32 QBBS fifth wheel.  This Wildcat has two power slide outs, Fully enclosed underbelly. Large patio awning, CD stereo with inside and outside speakers. Compartment where you can have an outside TV . Front bedroom has three bunks and a sleeper sofa. You then have a nice sized bathroom with a large glassed in shower/Tub with skylight as well as a private water closet with RV toilet. Step down into the middle living area and you have a queen sized sleeper sofa , table booth that makes a bed, upgrade cabinets. Kitchen has extra large double basin sink, 2-way refrigerator/freezer,range and oven, microwave. The rear master bedroom has beautiful French doors leading into it . Queen bed, large hanging closet. All appliances in good working condition. Six-gallon gas/electric hot water heater; 30,000 BTU furnace; 15,000 BTU roof air; microwave oven, LP leak detector, drawer under dinette. Dinette sleeps two small persons (children). Sofa sleeper has been replaced with a lightweight easy chair. Storage: under dinette seat without drawer, under L-Couch, in step, under bed. Lots of cabinetry with solid oak fronts, and small wardrobe in bedroom. Shower and sink are separate from toilet. Linen storage in toilet area. Outside shower. Outside storage: pass-through with access from both sides and front; one smaller storage area beside hot water heater. GVWR 11420, hitch weight 1100. Exterior length 30'0", exterior width 8'. Exterior height with AC 11'10". Fresh water capacity (with filtration system) - 43 gal. Black water capacity - 37 gal. Gray water capacity - 74 gal.
