Has an upgraded large stainless look refrigerator, stainless microwave oven, and a gas oven/stove top. Ceiling fan in living room, built in surround sound, built in DVD/CD/Radio player. Large bathroom area, lots of storage inside and out. Has always been under covered parking, but one side got just a few hours of morning sun and the stickers on the door side are faded. The other side is in pristine condition. Large awning will include a Honda 2000 generator if you are interested.
