Hard to find, top line pop-up. Opens to 23 feet. Dinette slideout gives it a width of 9.5 feet! Galley pop-out. Exterior shower, Like-new cassette toilet (used one weekend). Inside/outside music. New tires including spare. Powered tongue jack. Manual leveling jacks. Powered opening winch is a great feature! Electric brakes. Outdoor propane grill in addition to 3 burner galley stove. Tinted window closures for during the daytime with AC, plus zippered canvas closures over them for privacy. All screens in good condition. Roof has been sealed with polymeric coating. New cowl on 13,500 BTU A/C. Propane space heater, 6 gal water heater. 3-way refrigerator. There is about 12" of a seam in the canvas near the door that needs sewing repair. I have repaired two small spots in the canvas that allowed some moisture to seep in during days of heavy rain. No leaks now even in heavy rain. Everything works. No leaks. No old fashion hand crank to put this camper up, Button Powered! It has a large front storage area that slides out for convenience and opens up from the top, has a spare tire with cameo cover, Cold AC and gas furnace that will keep you very warm, 3 burner stove, small refrigerator (cold) , shower and toilet with curtain for privacy. This unit sleeps 6 comfortable but can stretch to sleep 8 with king & queen beds. Dinette slide out, dinette table that turns into bed & you can take it out to use in camp, plus couch that folds down to make another bed. Outside shower (never used) & Grill with its own stand that hooks to its very own gas line outside of camper. Lots of storage for a pop up, Stereo/CD unit and a New battery and full propane tank. Everything works, Very Clean, Non Smokers, and have All manuals and an informational CD on the camper. GVWR is 3252, with every thing open the camper is 23.6 foot long, closed up it's 19.1 foot. It does have a fresh water tank of 26 gallons. $6500 OBO, clean title in hand, Preferrably Cash only.
