2009 Wildwood park model, model # 392FLFB. Currenlty located in Warren, ME in seasonal RV condo park. Has only been use 4 seasons. Unit is in very good condition, never smoked in. Full size appliances, microwave, fridge with ice maker. 2 slide outs, 19' living/dining room, 6' bedroom (has queen bed). Central ac/heat. 20 gallon water heater will be replaced in the Spring. Sleep sofa, dining table w/ 4 chairs, 2 barstools (for countertop dining) included. Walk-in shower/tub with skylight. 19' awning. Electric fireplace, bulit-in stereo with cd player, outdoor speakers. Mega storage, more that you'll ever need. One small leak in corner of bedroom was repaired. Some small water stains on ceiling, not too noticable.

Dining room table, four chairs has slide out for lots of entertaining space, Large bathroom with Wide & Tall shower stall w/glass door and sky light, full sized Vanity and toilet, closet with hook ups for Washer/Dryer, entire wall of storage, Kitchen is Great, Large & Modern, wood cabinets, Pantry and residential sized stove, refrigerator and dishwasher and 30 gal Hot water heater!! Front of Camper is the Living room decorated in neutral colors and wall to wall carpet, enter through sliding glass doors, Large vinyl floor area at sliding glass doors for shoe removal, there is a 21' Crank out Canopy over the front door, Large Sunny Bay Window on front of Camper/Living room, A wall of overhead storage, Sealed Glass front Fireplace is remote controlled & also heats, Surround Sound System w/CD has int/ext speakers. Another slide out is in the Living room, when its open its a family sized room. Furnace and Central A/C , Both work fabulous! Ceiling fans are remote and the vents are equipped with Max Air System.
