The previous owner was a retired aircraft maintenance manager and kept meticulous records of everything done on this coach. Those records are available to review at a showing. According to the seller, all systems work correctly. The roof was resealed two years ago and the batteries are less than 30 months old. The tires are 82 months old, but the tread is good, with no signs of wear. The unit was stored in a hanger-type shelter out of sunlight, rain, and snow until last year. This Lexington is built on the Ford E-450 chassis and powered by the 305 HP 6.8L Triton V-10 engine. The current owner added Bilstein super steer assist, trac bar stabilizer, and a rear stabilizer bar for better handling in road or weather conditions. It also includes Big Foot hydraulic leveling jacks for easy setup. The Lexington is well-appointed inside, with glazed cherry wood throughout. The combination living room/galley has lots of seating.
