Last year my wife and I (and 3 kids) sold our home, packed up and hit the road. We searched for a long time to find the perfect layout and an RV in great shape. We finally found that in this Winnebago Sightseer 35J. The two huge slides and two bunks with a large King bed was perfect for us. We bought it from the original owner and set out for adventure. This RV performed flawlessly and carried us and our Jeep from Alabama, all the way across the country through Yellowstone, Montana, and all over the West, eventually through Washington and back down until we settled in Colorado. It  is bittersweet, but since settling here in the mountians, we must sell our dream RV to help us buy a house. This is a very sharp RV and the exterior looks amazing, and the inside looks almost new.I think this RV has all the options you can get on this model: King Bed, Dual Ducted Heat Pump ACs with Smart energy management system, upgraded real hardwood cabinets, leather furniture, rear and side cameras, hitch, slide awnings, full body paint (no decals), Optional Workhorse W-22 chassis with 20,700 miles currently, one piece Fiberglass roof, Hydraulic Auto leveling, Alcoa Forged Aluminum 19.5" wheels with Goodyear tires,Brand new Koni FSD shocks and rear UltraRV track bar that really transform the handling, Automatic drop down electric steps, inverter, Brand new Blu-Ray player, and dish Satelitte system with new Winguard X1 Satellite System, Outdoor stereo, There is tons of storage underneath75 Gallon freshwater, and has optional hot water heater that heats the water as you are travelling using engine heat.All appliances, elect/gas Refrigerator work perfectly. 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30B, 2004 Winnebago Sightseer 30B This well maintained and cared for Winnebago Sightseer has been in Colorado it entire life. This means it is rust free and dry. It has been covered as long as I have owned it and appears to have been covered before this. The cover will be included. It is optioned with the heavy duty Workhorse Chassis and the powerful GM 8.1 motor and 4 speed transmission with 51,000 miles. The transmission was serviced 7K miles ago, all oil changes have been with synthetic oil at 3k or less miles. The rear end was completely rebuilt 3k miles ago with new gears, bearings, and seals. A recent tune up was done with new plugs and wires. Tires and brakes have lots of miles left on them. There are NO fluid leaks, The one-piece fiberglass roof and sides are solid with no delaminating. Stickers are peeling on the edges and have surface cracks. Onan 4k generator has 215 hours on it. Its entertainment system consists of a 32 LCD flat screen TV, DVD, VCR, Bose Acoustimass speakers, power amp, JVC head unit with IPod, CD, USB, inputs external XM Radio. There are 2 coach batteries and 1 cab battery. The roof A/C and cab A/C blow ice cold. Tilt wheel, power heated mirrors make changing drivers quick and easy. The optional features are numerous with exterior stereo, bedroom TV hookups, large awning, trailer hitch, air brake and compressor for trailered vehicle, rear ladder, rear view camera with audio, motoraide water heater, hydraulic leveling jacks, spare tire, front suspension air bags with steering stabilizer, power roof vent.
