The inside of the coach is avg condition when compared to other 10 yr old RVsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 38'6" foot according to NADA based on the model number.This coach is a Itasca Suncruiser. Itasca is the Lexus line of the winnebago line. The suncruiser is the big brother to the Winnebago Adventurer.As with many Itasca s and Winnebago s it does have a basement AC heatpump system as well as a fiberglass roofThis RV was just driven approx 75 miles with no trouble. No oil consumption was notedThis RV is pretty easy to drive. Only a regular driver's license is required to drive this coach. The engine a GM 8100 Big Block V8 motor. Runs like it should. No oil consumption has been noted,The allison 5 speed automatic shifts up and down like it shouldThere is a dual stage basement AC Heatpump system that works. Lp furnace backup heat The engine or dash AC comp blows cool room temp air. However some freon could/might be neededThe Engine is a GM Big block 8.1 liter V8 Fuel injected motor. The 5 Speed Allison transmission shifts up and down like it shouldAn Onan Quiet generator runs and makes power like it should. There is a 4 door fridge / freezer that works on LP gas or electric.This means the coach is not new so please do not expect new.If you are expecting a decent to nice 10 year old coach that is USED this is it.I generally state, just to cover myself, this coach does look better in pictures than in person. I guess the lighting makes the units look better.There are no known roof leaks at this time. Fiberglass roofWe are usually selling older decent motorhomes at very low prices, we are not selling brand new or perfect units. We are offering a good quality unit at a very reasonable price, often times below retail and even below NADA Wholesale, in some cases or often times most likely will need TLC.The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels. Plenty of tread remains. The tires are more than 7 yrs old and do need replacement at this time. The price posted includes 6 brand new tires. For the buy it price now posted V2GRV will install 6 brand new rear tires. The carpet looks good as you can see in the pictures. There might be a stain or two but nothing to be concerned about.This coach has a 50 amp power cord hook up from the factory.Also, the 'curtains' or blinds are usually 'tattered' and worn on these older units. I do not think you would have any trouble on the way home.I now feel that I have described this coach 'bad'. I would rather you to be happy and satisified than disappointed when you arrive. for more info and pics please see my website. The same day i bought this RV it was pictured up checked out and ready for sellThe auction i purchased the RV thru rated the RV 4 out of 5. Normally most RVs get a 2 or 3 rating. Most bank representatives honestly prefer a lower rating because it makes thier job easier on the back end of explaining why the RV sold for less than book valueThe outside of the RV is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old RVs. The inside of the coach is probably in above avg condition when compared to other 6 yr old rvsInterior is clean with no unpleasant odors of any kind (i.e. pet, smoke, musty, etc etc.)This coach approx 38'6" foot According to NADA.This RV was built by Winnebago RV industries. Winnebago also makes the Itasca line as well. Winnebago makes many fine RVs such as the Journey , View , Navion , Ultimate ADvantage , Freedom , Outlook , Sightseer , and the Suncruiser. The Adventurer is their flagship gas RVThe power plant is a Big Block GM 496 gas motor.There are no known roof leaks at this time. fiberglass roofOver the past 6 years I can not guarantee there has never been a roof leak, currently we have not seen any roof leaks.This coach can sleep a total of 6The tires have good tread 22.5 inch wheels.
