***SALE PENDING***Many updates and upgrades on this one owner Phaeton—All four drive axle tires changed 11/2016 to new Michelin X Line Energy Series motor coach tires. New steer tires (Michelin XZA3) were replaced 5/2016. I replaced the house battery bank with six new AGM batteries on 4/2016. No need to worry about the significant expense associated with tires and house batteries for years to come. I have a battery monitor kit connected to the house bank which is perfect for dry camping. This gives you the ability to monitor the state of charge (instead of just voltage) which is the true measure of battery health when operating on battery power alone. I replaced the modified sine wave inverter that came with the coach with a Magnum Pure Sine Wave Inverter. This inverter provides a power profile that is better for the residential refrigerator inside the coach and better for sensitive electronics like TV’s and computers while the coach is operating on inverter/battery power alone. I upgraded the water pump which has fantastic water pressure. The stock water pump can be used as a spare. I also have a reverse osmosis system installed in the water bay which I would like to take with me, but my arm could be twisted to keep it there if you must have that. The coach is equipped with a continuous hot water heater appliance that runs off propane so that you will never run out of hot water as long as you have propane. Additionally, this coach has a stacked Ariston washer/dryer, Fisher/Paykel dishwasher, and a KitchenAid residential refrigerator. The coach is equipped with a Bose Cinemate sound bar system with subwoofer in the front and a Bose soundbar in the bedroom for improved audio in that room. For your entertainment, the coach is equipped with an “in-motion” satellite dish with the ability to be used with either DirecTV or Dish Network. The coach has three air conditioners and a 10KW generator (w/ 825 hrs on it). This is important to understand when shopping for a 40-foot Phaeton in the 2012 era. The more powerful generator will also allow you to run more electrical components when dry camping. Make sure when comparing prices that you take this into consideration. The chassis maintenance has been performed once per year at Freightliner in Dallas, Texas with the exception of the first year. The first year chassis routine maintenance was performed at Lazy Days where the coach was purchased. Most of the minor house maintenance has been performed by myself, an authorized dealer, or mobile tech. I have all maintenance records in digital format including all records and dates associated with the new tires and battery bank. This coach is ready to drive away. The exterior paint has been well taken care of through the years, just as the rest of the coach has been well maintained.
