It could use a good cleaning, but overall, it appears to be in good condition, as the roof has recently been re-sealed, new batteries installed, and the engine/generator serviced. The only known issue is that the canvas in the awning over the door is ripped and stuck in the armature, preventing it from extending out. Tires are 18 months old (Michelins) ,AquaHot, front Koni shocks , new Kenwood in dash radio w/Bluetooth & Sirius,LED bulbs throughout the coach, new HID bulbs in headlights and fog lights, CB radio, new TVs (40" LED and surround sound receiver/ LG DVD), new DVD in bedroom, wet bay floor replaced at Tiffin, new water pump and spare, carpet replaced one year ago, central vac, shades restrung, added insulation in front cap and sides for sound & better cooling, 2 full cargo slides , dishwasher, 2 foldout opposing couches (1 is magic air bed), king size sleep number bed (new compressor)in sealed hypo allergenic cover, new windshield, solar panel, stack washer/dryer, power hose and electric reels, custom front entry rug and dash mat . TPMS , new wipers new air filter ,annual maintenance just completed , very good maintenance on this bus , stored under cover . Clean , no smoking or pets spent a week at Tiffin Service Center last year getting any recalls done , service , and upgrades .Great bus, ready for a new one.
