It sleeps 10 people very comfortably. 2 people on each queen bed in the bunkhouse. Bottom bed also folds into couch. 2 small kids Can sleep on the dinette. 2 people can sleep on the sleeper sofa and 2 people on the queen bed in the bedroom. large pop out in living room makes for spacious living area where you could also place an air mattresse If needed. Full functioning kitchen with lots of storage. There is also the option to leave the back ramp down and close it off with canvas to soak up the outdoors!
