This is a good toy hauler! Just bought a motor home. The most cargo space in a pull behind. This wil fit a sand rail easy or 8 bikes. This is the last model made with solid walls. Not cheep thin wood covered walls, solid foam filled 1500psi compressed walls. Yes it is a littel heavier but well made. New batteries , tires are 1 year old. Frig works off of propane. Inverter set up to run the 24in flat screen TV and DVD player. Satellite dish on roof easy to find satellite. I will show you how. Double rear roll up queen beds with real mattress on top bed. Lower queen turns into couch. Front queen also real mattress with foam topper. Fuel station equipment. 590 hrs on the onan generator. Always maintained well by myself don't trust RV garages. 1st owner and have all documentation. Water 100 gal, gray 45 gal, black 45 gal. This home on wheels is equipped with Central air and heat ,2 AC units, 2 propane tanks, Onan 5500 Marquice gold series generator. This trailer has plenty of storage underneath the side compartments.  It sleeps 10 people very comfortably. 2 people on each queen bed in the bunkhouse. Bottom bed also folds into couch. 2 small kids Can sleep on the dinette. 2 people can sleep on the sleeper sofa and 2 people on the queen bed in the bedroom. large pop out in living room makes for spacious living area where you could also place an air mattresse If needed. Full functioning kitchen with lots of storage. There is also the option to leave the back ramp down and close it off with canvas to soak up the outdoors! Has fuel tank with fuel station to fill up toys. Roof has been maintained. Also installed brand-new tires this month.  Very neat, clean and organized owners that will hate to see it go but we are looking for a diesel pusher motorhome. $18,500 OBO

Bought a motor home and selling my toy hauler, this is in excellent condition and ready to roll, needs nothing. High book is is 18K and really it is worth that. Great deal and will be trouble free for years. I have upgraded many items including battery capacity and LED lighting. Tows excellent and caries two quads and maybe a motorcycle. I carried 2 Polaris quads (800 & 850) and/or a quad and Harley Davidson. Will consider reasonable offers, especially if someone is interested in my truck as well.
