This Quantum WS31 is in great condition inside and out. There are only a few issues; the outside TV is not working, and the owner never looked into this issue. There is a little issue with the sofa in the leatherette. The roof was redone in 2021. Stock #396465 GREAT GAS MILEAGE!! EASY TO DRIVE AND READY FOR THE ROAD!! TONS OF ROOM AND STORAGE!! This Quantum WS31 is a gorgeous RV. The engine is a reliable Triton V-10 with 14,230 miles, and it drives comfortably and easily down the road. A steering stabilizer was added to the front end, and a sway bar was added to the rear. A second AC unit was added to this unit in the back bedroom, making it comfortable even in the hottest weather. When you enter the cab, the leather driver and passenger seats have been reupholstered and look great. The dash and floor are very clean. An overhead full-size bed above the cab is accessible with a detachable ladder. This bed also has a skylight, electric light, and a swivel-up TV that can also swivel out and be the television for the main living area. The bench, dinette, and kitchen are on one large slide that opens to give a center walking area. The Quantum WS31 has a cab-over bed, a dinette that converts to a bed, a sofa that can jackknife, and a queen-size bed in the bedroom, which can sleep up to eight people. The kitchen has a double sink with Corian counters. It also has an induction cooktop and a microwave convection oven combo. There is a nice counter area surrounding the sink for preparing meals.
