We are selling our Georgetown Xl motorhome to upgrade to a newer one. Overall, this motorhome is in very good CLEAN condition. It has many features including, upgraded cabinets, bath and a half (awesome feature) washer dryer combo (another great feature) sleeps six, couch is a queen hide a bed, table makes out to a bed, full bath has double sinks with walk in shower, lots of cabinet space, half bath has toilet, sink, cabinets, microwave is a convection and halftime oven combo, generator has 167 hours on it, motorhome has the artic pack for cold weather. Bedroom has night tables on each side of bed with overhead lights and cabinets, has closet with mirrored doors, lots of drawers. There is a place for a tv in the bedroom with cable hookup. We got new windshield privacy curtains last summer which cost over 400.00 Motorhome is powered by a V10 Ford. Oil was changed approx. 500 miles ago, before we took it on our vacation. Batteries were replaced last summer. Slideouts have awnings, plus there's a big patio awning. I keep the inside of the motorhome very clean at all times, no pets or smoking. Couch is in good clean condition, as is the table seats. Carpets are in good clean condition as is the vinyl flooring, Refrigerator is clean with no odors, door is the nice wood finish. The bedroom has garden doors leading into the bathroom. We have enjoyed this motorhome and are only selling it because we are ready to get a newer one. We have set the price low so that someone else can enjoy it as well. We have set a starting price but don't hesitate to make an offer. Please ask all questions prior to bidding. We have a clean, clear title on hand. We require a 250.00 deposit within 24hour after the close of the auction. The rest will need to be paid within seven days after auction closes unless an agreement has been made prior to the close of the auction.
