This unit has updated bunkroom with small lightweight bed replaced with full sized chaise bed, new oak shelves and new articulating wall mount 28" flat screen TV in bunk room and another 28" flat screen and sound system in the main living area. The unit has a brand full size new refrigerator, a brand new latex foam queen mattress, a brand new latex foam single bunk mattress, 3 regular foam bunk mattresses, a fold out couch and convertible table bed. Sleeps 9. Also, newly refurbished furnace, fully ducted AC and heat throughout. Stove, microwave, all fixtures and all electrics in perfect working order. All plumbing, grey and black tanks are in clean and in perfect working condition. Interior and exterior in fantastic condition. Tires and suspension are in great condition, new battery, two 20lb propane tanks included. This is an awesome trailer, big enough for a large family and ready to roll right now to your new campsite.
