Purchase in Dec of 2012, used only 10 times, pulled with 2012 Toyota Tundra 4x4 4959 miles on it also for sale fully set-up to pull this unt, including the 5th wheel hitch.  combined price for both $50,000. Two slides with recliners in rear, has T.V. with a large amount of storage space.  Excellent condition.  Seller has motorhome so does not need this unit.  Recently had exterior buffed and cleaned by dealer.  Battery lift on the jacks to make easier to hook-up, This unit has everything and more.  Must see to appreciate.  Located in North San diego county.

Looking for someone to assume the loan. Have taken very good care if it. Large storage under bed, storage under bench seats at table, and couch. Lots of cabinet space. Large rear kitchen area, table and couch slide out approximately 2ft. Laundry chute that goes to extra large storage all the way across trailer from one side to the other. Two propane tanks. Large storage up front on the outside. Slide out bumper on back for carrying bikes or other stuff. We are including the Reese 16k fifth wheel hitch and front stand for when not in use.
