Immaculate. Every thing works perfectly. 278EFS. Rear kitchen, walk around queen bed. Lots of extras. Perfect size. Slide out gives you lots of room but still small enough to fit into places that a bigger RV could not. Perfect for summer with AC and a newly installed remote controlled Fantastic Fan. Also perfect for fall and winter, with the Polar Package it is VERY well insulated. May consider trade or partial trade for one or two 2012 or newer SeaDoo Jet Skis.
