This all slides out along with a living area entertainment center, plus overhead storage. On the opposite side to the left of the main entry door find a dinette table with two wooden benches and new tri-fold sleeper sofa slide. This provides ample seating and also additional sleeping space when you have added guests. Head up the steps in front to a side aisle bath and front bedroom. The bathroom features a neo-angled shower, sink, and toilet, plus a slide out linen cabinet that is found along with the bedroom wardrobe slide. You can enter the front master bedroom through the bathroom, or from a private hallway door. Model 294 RLS, 31' travel trailer with one slide. The trailer is in good condition for its age. Sold as-is and is priced accordingly. We are selling this trailer because we haven't used this trailer for a couple of years. We've enjoyed the layout of this trailer, especially the generous windows on the back. The rear windows make the living area feel more open and provides unobstructed views. All of the appliances and mechanical units are in working order except for the following items that need to be repaired or replaced: - Awning - Front steps - The electronic ignitor for the stove's front burner doesn't spark. This burner works when lit with a match. - Thermostat for the furnace and air conditioning. We had the unit serviced by a professional technician. The heater and air conditioner passed the inspection but the thermostat needs to be replaced.
