The RV had normal wear for its age inside and out and the tires are original.
All upholstery was in good shape with no noticeable rips or tears.
The stove cover had a couple of burn marks.

Large pass-through storage, outdoor shower, two 30 lb. propane tanks, one battery, and two slide-outs. Exterior fueling station, a large awning for shade, and two entrances with separate entrances into the garage area.
The garage area has a ramp that converts to a patio with a foldable railing. It also has a HappiJac bed system with a freestanding table. Rubber flooring throughout and a pull-down screen to cover the back. There is also a half bath with a sink and head and patio doors to get into the living area.
