For sale by original owner 2016 Cougar by Keystone 244 RLSWE 27’, 1/2 Ton Towable 5th Wheel. Less than one year old, used for only 5 camping trips. We have absorbed the new to used deprecation in our asking price-don’t buy new!!! Excellent condition, like new with all of those first year bugs and fixes taken care of! We love this camper and its amenities, we have decided to move up to a motor coach. This model has the sofa option (we chose the sofa over the captain’s chairs because of extra sleeping space), sleeps 6, AC, HD TV wired for air, cable or satellite, DVD player, Bluetooth, standard AM/FM radio, 13cu. ft. electric/propane refrigerator, microwave oven, 3 burner cooktop, conventional oven, queen bed, standup shower, AC, two batteries, slide out awning (1 slide out), patio awning, vent covers. Two foot (2’) rear end retractable platform for bikes, storage tubs, generators, etc. Lots of cabinet storage and large storage bay underneath. Serviced for Summer and ready to use!Also included:Five (5) year extended warranty that covers all components, appliances, LP gas and electric systems, frame, brake, assembly and suspension, levelers, jacks, slide out room, HVAC, audio and TV, lodging, services calls, towing, etc., etc., etc. Four year tire and wheel warranty that also includes all personal vehicles, 4 year road side assistance, 4 year EcoRVPro Exterior Shield Warranty. We paid over $5,000 for these warranties and coverages, all are fully transferrable. We’ll also include 1 Yamaha EF2000is 2000 watt super quiet generator.We paid over $35,000 for the vehicle, add ons, extras and warranties. 2016 Keystone RV Cougar Half-Ton 244RLSWE, This Cougar Half-Ton series fifth wheel model features a rear living area with your choice of seating options, and a single slide for added space inside. As you step inside model 244RLSWE you will find a rear sofa with overhead storage, plus end tables on either side. You can also choose the optional rocker recliners instead of the sofa still retaining the storage above, as well as the end tables. The slide out straight in from the door features a booth dinette for dining and also a pantry for canned and dry good storage, plus more. There is an area for an optional 32" TV near the front step up that lead to the master bedroom and bath. Before heading up front check out the kitchen which features plenty cabinet space for storage, and counter space near the angled double sink. There is a refrigerator and three burner range that will allow you to easily prepare and cook all of your meals. In front take a step up to the master suite featuring a convenient laundry chute at the top. There is a private toilet area on the right with a vanity and sink just around the corner. A neo-angle shower can be found on the left next to a linen cabinet with space for a TV on top. There is a queen bed with overhead storage in the center of the front wall with a wardrobe on one side and nightstand opposite. Enjoy overhead storage above the bed for all of your storage needs, and so much more!
