It has been winterized, overwintered under a tarp, and had a heater running inside to keep it dry and warm; Brand new LP/CO detector; Includes 15A power adapter, septic hoses, and a clean-water hose. The locks on the external storage areas are finicky and do not turn very easily, but otherwise it is in great condition.
