2006 Jayco Escapade 25BSLP, Ready to go with so many extras included, this isn't your average listing. Fully serviced, trans fluid changed last year, brake fluid replaced, pads checked this year. All systems work, AC, Water Heater, Fridge (propane/electric), Furnace, Generator, awning etc. A few items which make this a VERY UNIQUE Class C motorhome: Firestone Airbag Rear suspension, Bigfoot Hydraulic Leveling Jacks, Upgraded Hitch for towing a boat/car trailer, customer cargo boxes which can be put on the rear or the front hitch (front hitch can also just hold a bike rack or other cargo box if needed. If your shopping for many RVs you'll find cargo capacity can be very limited, the reason I originally purchased this RV is because it is an E-450 chassis. Many RVs this size use the E-350 chassis. You have over 3,800 lbs of cargo capacity with this setup and you can tow up to 10,000 lbs. The cargo boxes are great for tools, firewood, or other dirty items you don't want in your RV. The rack also has lights which work in the front with your highbeams, and in the rear when you put it in reverse. (This Cargo Rack costs about $2300). We made a trip out to Utah (from Indiana) just this summer towing a Jeep on a car trailer, brake controller is wired for a Prodigy controller. We store the RV in a climate controlled garage.. I have priced this lower than many I have seen listed, and I can bet this one is in better condition with so many extras. We have a boat on Lake Michigan and have decided we are going to focus on water trips for the next few seasons, this is the only reason for selling this. We hold the title so no worrying about a bank payoff at purchase. A few items I should mention which I just deal with as they aren't a problem for us: The electric steps will sometimes stick closed after long time without use (I just tap the electric motor once or twice and they work fine again). There are two small (1/16" holes in the drivers seat) from sitting on keys I think....seats are not worn at all. The TV antenna is very hard to crank up...we don't watch TV so not a problem but if you find yourself using the antenna a lot I could see this being a replacement item. The curtains are dual use (total shade/light with privacy), some of them in the bedroom don't look brand new. This unit has a back up monitor in it and is tied into the DVD screen in the front dash, I also had a switch installed so I can monitor it even if I'm not in reverse (If I'm towing my Jeep, or just the bikes I leave it on so I can monitor them). I also had outdoor speakers installed and the boxcan be placed anywhere.We are going to include a ton of camping/extra items: Coleman Grill (direct connection to propane tank), outdoor carpet, hoses, case of beer and much more...We have trips/tailgates planed and we are in no hurry so please consider the price firm. $34,700.00 3172879784
