2004 Itasca Sunrise 31' Class A Motorhome, model 30W. Chevy Vortec Engine, on a Workhorse Chassis with an Allison Transmission. Very low miles (only 49,100). Big slide out in living room (dinette booth/kitchen), and the rear bedroom. This was the one of the best gas models that Itasca sold in 2004, in the Sunrise lineup. Everything is of the highest quality. Fully self contained, sleeps 6 in total. In excellent condition in and out. See the youtube video tour.In the cockpit, at the driver's seat: tilt steering, cruise control, power mirrors, heated mirrors, drivers door, power window, dash A/C, back-up camera, levelling jacks, etc. Entertainment systems include: AM/FM/CD stereo, 29" TV in the living room, 25" TV in the bedroom, VCR/DVD, satellite dish, and TV antenna. Both front seats swivel around to face living room. Big slide out in the living room (dinette booth and ktichen). Living room has a sleeper sofa and a dinette booth, coach sleeps 6 in total. In the kitchen: 2 door fridge, 3 Burner Stove-Top, oven, convection microwave Oven, and hot water tank (lp/electric). Bathroom area is next, with a private room for the toilet and vanity, across the hall is the shower. At the rear of the coach, is the Queen size bedroom (another slide in the bedroom), and lots of closet space. The entire unit has screens, and blinds. Dual ducted roof A/C units, along with an extra ducted furnace. Big main awning, along with 2 slide toppers. Onan 4000 Gas generator, runs great. Rear ladder and hitch for towing. So many more options, it's impossible to list them all.State/regional taxes, SMOG, and DMV fees will also be added to all California residents. California usage tax (8%) also applies to sales to customers of all states/countries if the vehicle or motorhome is picked up in California. Some states have a reciprocal tax agreement with California, meaning you don't pay taxes twice.
