My wife and I purchased this unit from Jeff Couchs RV Nation in Hamilton, OH in March for $93,560. The MSRP was $104,560 and they gave his a 10K credit on the price. In the 4 months that we have owned it, we have used it a total of two nights. The rest of the time, it sits in our air conditioned storage building, out of the sun. We have decided to sell it since we don't think we are using it enough and our lives aren't conducive to owning a big rig like that right now. Aside from the drive back to CO from OH, the toy hauler is in 100% new condition--there is still plastic on many of the appliances as well as other accessories. No wear and tear, no stains, damage, scratches, dings, dents, etc. We put another 3k into it after we purchased it. These things were: 4 six-volt deep cycle golf cart batteries in series and parallel setup, new linens, 'Bolt It On' motorcycle bike carrier for the toy hauler compartment, 30amp / 50amp setup cables, hoses, septic hoses, etc.We have never used the black tank. Neither one of the two bathroom toilets have ever been used.
