This trailer is in extremely good condition as it was only used approximately six times and has never been out of Arizona. It has many features that makes this trailer an outstanding purchase; i.e, an electric awning, an easy winterizing system, two propane tanks with cover, a battery shut off, outside battery storage place, a great audio system with an outside speaker, outside shower, propane stub for bar-b-que, separate black and grey water dumps, a huge rear bath with a tub/shower and a dinette that converts to a Queen Murphy Bed! There is lots of inside storage...outside storage is minimal.All systems, (awning, audio system, air conditioner, propane vented heater, hot water heater, fantastic fan, propane 3 burner stove and oven, microwave, outside lights and all plumbing) are in perfect working order! There is one crack in an outside window. The tires and outside siding are in great shape. The spare tire has never been used. I'm trowing in some nice extras. . .a bar-b-que, water hose, dumping equipment, wheel covers, etc. What more can I say. . .it's a very nice trailer, it's light weight. . .about 1,300 pounds and very easy to tow. Oh yes, there is a sway bar included with the hitch. Pretty firm on price!
