She has really good bones but could use some upgrades and some TLC. The family has lived in it full time for a while and traveled extensively. The roof is in good shape but could use a new coating. The leather furniture is in rough shape and some have been replaced. The oven has been removed and stove top replaced. There is a TV antenna but is currently not working.

This Sandpiper is a road warrior and has a great floor plan. The mid coach kitchen is spacious and has a very open feeling with a nice center island and large residential refrigerator and a ceiling fan. There is a lot of storage including a pantry.
The rear living area has a nice entertainment center with TV and fireplace. The current living furniture would probably need to be replaced along with the vinyl flooring due to some peeling.
The mid cabin bedroom with bunk beds and teddy bear bunk would be perfect for visiting grandkids or traveling with kids. Could also be used for an office or storage.
The front master bedroom has a queen bed and offers good storage with washer and dryer hook ups. There currently is just a washer hooked up.
Reason for selling is want to upgrade.
