Very good condition pop up trailer. Closed dimensions are 13'.1"L x 7'5"W. Empty weight is 1,470 pounds. Comes with battery and 20 gallon propane tank installed. This camper was used in March of this year and October of last year so it has not been sitting. All appliances work. A/C is cold. I am getting awning bag zipper replaced currently. The rear tail light is not functioning. The blinker works but the brake light does not. Tried replacing the duel filament bulb but that did not solve the problem. Will either need a new wire run or tail light replaced. Owners manual included. Serious inquiries only.
