2004 Pace Arrow 36B w/triple slides. This coach is in fantastic shape with only 12800 miles!! We are the original owners and non-smokers. Always covered or indoors when stored. We removed the sleeper couch (still have it see picture) and replaced it with two leather Euro-recliners with ottomans. If you prefer to have the couch, we will take out the recliners. We replaced the factory recliner with an electric fireplace and 42" flat screen TV so viewing the fireplace and watching TV couldn't get any better. The fireplace has an electric heater too and really feels good when it is cold outside. It has the W22 Workhorse chassis and has all of the factory updates including the Bosch brake recall. It has opposing slides in the main living area so it feels huge and allows easy movement around the coach. The bedroom slide is on the driver side and has a split bathroom with a separate water closet. As far as capacities the Pace Arrow has generous sized tanks: Gas 75 gallons, black water 42 gallons, grey water 58 gallons, LP 25 gallons and gas/electric water heater 10 gallons. It has a King Dome semi-automatic satellite dish, the original 27" TV up front and 20" in bedroom. The generator is an Onan Gold Marquis 5.5kW with less than 100 hours. A Splendide washer/dryer that has only been used in the drying mode. Power Gear auto levelers, driver/passenger shades, electric sun visor, Ultra-leather captain chairs and dinette cushions and a lot of basement storage really makes this coach great for a long trip.
