Original owner. Purchased new January 2005. 8.1 GM engine on a Workhouse with a 6 speed Allision transmission.  Splendide washer dryer combo, Norcold 4 door refrigerator with ice maker. Convection Microwave. Queen bed in master bedroom, queen hide a bed in front couch. Dinette table folds down for bed for kids. 5000 lb. trailer hitch along with electric brake controller. Auto - search satellite dish. 4 point hydraulic leveling jacks.  Onan Marquis gold 5.5 kw generator. 2 roof Coleman air conditioners replaced new in Fall of 2016, along with new ice maker and electronic control board in Norcold refrigerator. Front tires are 2 years old and have around 12,000 miles and rear tires are 4 years old and have around 20,000. Coach repainted in 2015. Coach has been stored inside since new in a climate controlled building. Original vehicle sticker included at the end of photos showing all options on coach.
