OK folks... Here's a very well cared for 27 foot Flying Cloud front bedroom with walk around queen bed, rear dinette, split bath, with no hidden surprises.She's a 2010 with awnings on door side, street side and rear, has the pull out pantry microwave in addition to the standard gas three burner stove and oven, 15,000 BTU AC with heat pump plus the standard LP furnace too. It has all the audio and video equipment with built in multi disc CD player, DVD player, flatscreen TV, iPod connection.. Etc.Front and rear panoramic windows, skylight with shade, two fantastic fans with rain sensors, two vista windows with shades, very lite and cheery floors and cabinets throughout. You don't have to worry about buying a five year old trailer and immediately start spending more $$ after you just spent a ton.I go beyond the call of duty and personally check every system, appliance, light, water line, and seal.. I address anything that needs attention. All four tires have been replaced, bearings repacked, brakes checked and adjusted, Batteries are not tested cleaned up and put back in.. They are pulled out and changed with new and correct deep cycle Interstate brand batteries. All lights inside. outside in closets and compartments are tested and working properly. All manuals and books are available in every trailer so it's easy for you too get acquainted with your new investment. The complete weight distribution hitch is included and will be installed correctly when you are pulling away with your new Airstream or if you choose to go for a test tow before deciding to buy.You will receive a complete walk through to show you exactly how everything works and your more than welcome to call me to ask a simple question when your out for the first time in the trailer and forgot how exactly something works..
