Excellent condition. Everything works. Second owner and our first camper. Selling only because of moving to a larger camper. This great family camper has two king size beds and a table that folds down to a bed. The table area is a slide-out and there is a separate couch/sitting area giving lots of room inside, uncharacteristic of traditional popups. It is a high-wall model providing standard counter height. It has a 3-way fridge/freezer, AC, gas furnace, gas hot water heater, stove/oven, a toilet and shower, outside shower, awning/canopy (manual), screen room for canopy, privacy curtains throughout, entertainment center with inside and outside (newly replaced) speakers, cable TV hookup, twin propane tanks, outside built-in gas stove, aluminum wheels, and more. It has new tires and alignment. It has a new AC seal on the roof. It has a fresh water tank and a gray and black water tanks with hose and hook-ups for full service camping sites or holding when boondocking. All of the canvas is in excellent shape. No smoking or pets nor stale mildew smell. Very clean. Large storage area. Dry weight is 3160 lbs and cargo capacity 810 lbs and is easy to pull. Box (closed) is 14 feet.
