Like new travel trailer. Used only five times. Nice 8 ft power slide out. Couch makes into bed, dinette can be used as a bed and there is a double bed and bunk in the back. Includes a catalytic heater mounted to the cabinet, 19 inch tv and DVD player, hoses, etc. Microwave, stove, oven and refrig work perfectly.

2003 Fleetwood Prowler Lite 24 5C 5th wheel. Original owner, great shape. 1 living room slide, 2 Interstate 12V batteries, 2 60lb propane tanks, newer queen memory foam mattress in bedroom, AC, pantry, bath/shower, manual awning, 3 step entry, electric front jacks and manual rear jacks, 40g fresh water tank, 6g hot water tank, 40g black water tank, clean inside and out. This 5th wheel is easy to tow and was pulled with a 1/2 ton short bed truck. Has been a fantastic RV for us but it's time to upgrade to a little bit bigger. 27' hitch to bumper w/ 24' of living space. Specs and floor plan included in photos.
