It comes equipped with a gas stove, sink, water heater (new), fridge, surround sound, toilet (with receptacle), shower, A/C, furnace, one camper king and one camper queen bed, HIGH ground clearance for off road, new LED interior lights, new battery, automatic lift/retraction of the top, newly painted interior, and a front toy hauling area for your bikes, etc. We have sealed the top with Grizzly Grip (a bedliner paint).We love this camper, but are looking to upgrade as our family grows! This is a 2008 Fleetwood Evolution series EVO-3 trailer. It is the largest of the three models they made. There is a side "bump-out" for the dining area, making this a very large interior tent trailer. The front deck is designed to be a toy hauler, so it has capacity for an ATV, a couple of dirt bikes, or several mountain bikes. The side rails detach to become loading ramps. For those familiar with these campers you know it is designed to be taken off-road and remote. We put new tires on it last year. It comes with two propane canisters, a 40 gallon water tank and a spare battery. There is a tear in the fabric around the areas it comes in contact with the rails on the bump-out. I have posted photo of the damage. One winter we had a little snow melt get into the roof while it was stored and covered, the cover failed under a large snow load. So you can see some discoloration on the tent material and a little bubbling on the ceiling. We got it dried quickly and sealed (we figured out where it came in) and have had no issues since. Because we dried it early enough there was not any mold, so no musty smells either. We have loved this camper and it still has many great adventures waiting to be had, but our lives are changing and there is little reason for us to keep holding it back from those adventures. The E2 is a rugged toyhauler version of the pop-up. It has an aluminum body and the tent fabric is in excellent condition. This trailer is used but in a well maintained condition. This is a great pop-up trailer. We have loved every minute of traveling with it. Everything works and it's in great condition. The storage bay is an invaluable asset, strong enough to hold a Harley, dirt-bikes or ATV, but also works for bikes, bbq, tables, coolers, chairs, easy up, and luggage you take on your trip. It has outdoor hot water shower, outdoor BBQ, and outdoor speakers, for camp parties. It is easily towed, set up and stored. We've taken it to Yosemite, Yellowstone, Jackson Hole, Bryce Canyon, Pirates Cove, Dove Springs and up the California Coast. It's tough enough and has good clearance to take off road as well.
