Never smoked in since new or lived in fulltime , major meals cooked outside. Interior is factory best options with darkening blinds, seat & fold down couch Flex-steel w/leather not cracked or worn out, carpets not spotted/dirty. Chevy Workhorse (gas) w/34K miles, 6 new tires with 3K miles, engine battery 2 yrs, 2 house batteries 8 mo old. RO system at kitchen sink. Two LED flat screens 10 MO old. Microwave upgraded to convection oven. Tire Monitor system with alarm tracks all RV/Tow car tires. Central floor heat, 2 AC's, heated water tank pads, Corian tops, b/u camera, Generac 5.5K,, large invertor, 2 power leather front seats. Black water tank w/super flush-out.
