Pay careful attention the refrigerator in these units fail and costs nearly 5000 to fix and sometimes catch fire. We opted to replace the refrigerator. The entire roof was completely replaced in 2013 after a tree punctured the membrane. New water heater less than a year old. Upgraded to 18 gallons.
