Excellent condition camper. Non-smoker. Kids have grown and time to downsize. Only taken on the road when we purchased it, has been used and parked at a seasonal site at a campground in Preston, CT (as is currently there). Comes with 4 resin adirondack chairs, 2 year old Weber gas grill (with side burner), fully equipped kitchen (plates pots, flatware), 2 televisions, DVD system with surround sound, heavy duty tow hitch and anti-sway attachments.
