New wood flooring and carpet installed 3 years ago. Includes satellite/receiver, DVD/VCR with multi-disc CD and Cassette player. New 32” LCD front tv with custom swing away bracket (both original tv and new custom tv mount pictured for comparison) allows for tv hide away while driving. Second 19” tv in bedroom digital convertor box. Corian double sink counter top, with 3 burner gas top range. Separate gas oven and microwave/convection.
