I am the 2nd owner of this Wildwood LE Sport Toy Hauler. I puchased it from Leo's vaction Center in Maryland in the spring of 2009. The title and Vin actually read the unit as a 2008 But it was manufacured 2/2007. It has served our family very well for the last 8 Camping Seasons. On average we used the camper 5 times per season. We have kept the camper in very good condition over that time. We have performed all necessary maintenance to the Camper, we have had the roof treated multiple times at the local forest River dealership ,along with bearing and brake maintenance. All the Tires been replaced over the last 5 years ,and I inspected them before every trip and ensure proper inflation to 80 psi. I had one leaf spring crack a couple years ago and I replaced the whole leaf spring pack on each side of the axel. The camper typically get washed/waxed 3 times a year. Please keep in mind that the unit is now 10 years old and that there are very few, few minor cosmetic imperfections. I have tried my absoulte best to maintain the investment the best I could. The Central A/C, Furnace , water heater, refrigerator, toilet, microwave, oven, stove top, plumbing, and electrial lighting all work fawlessly . The Master bed is comfortable and there is storage underneath it. The toilet/shower room is large enough to use comfortably and the vent fan in the room works. The kitchen area has a double bay sink with ample counter and cabinet space. The 3 burner stove top with hood light/vent fan works 100%. The U-shaped Dinnette is the campers only slide out and can be folded down to make another bed. There is a Loft Bed above the Garage area that can sleep two younger/smaller people. The Garage was used to bring our Harley Davidson motorcycle camping. The floor is solid and has 6 tie down points. There is lighting and air vents in the garage but it is not climate controled by the HVAC systems. We have on many occasions used the garage as another bedroom for our daughter who is now 3 years old. The reason for selling is that we would like to down size as we don't really have the time to ride the harley on vaction like we used to pre-child. The camper is covered right now as it has been every winter since our ownership. It is kept at my house in Wallingford, CT . The photos were taken the day before we covered it . I vow to have the camper professionally cleaned for the potential buyer. I have a bunch of paper work that pertains the unit and the appliances. If you would like to come look at it we can get into the interior fairly easily but unless you are very serious about purchasing I would like to leave it covered to around Mid- April. 28' Wildwood Travel Trailer. Great family camper! 28' x 8' plus slide out makes for a roomy interior. Sleeps 6-8.Camper has many great features:Bathroom with shower. Kitchen area with oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer, double sink. Other features include heat and AC, awning, radio and CD player with internal and external speakers. The bedroom fits queen size mattress and has sliding doors for privacy. The camper also has bunk beds and the couch fold out into beds. Plenty of cabinet and storage space throughout. Safety features such as smoke and CO detector. The camer is clean but needs some minor repair: slide out switch needs repair and hot water heater may need repair along with other minor trim and cosmetic repairs. NADA value $6,200 - $7,500.
