This is a beautiful well kept Bunkhouse floor-plan lightweight Surveyor SV291 Travel Trailer. This unit is approximately 30 feet long and has a slide-out for spacious camping, Sleeps 9, with two big beds (one in front and one in rear), bunk over rear bed, dinette and couch convert to a bed. Outside is a pull out entry step, and a 20 foot checkered flag awning. It has ducted AC and furnace. This trailer has a Flatscreen TV, VCR and DVD player with AM/FM, CD and Cassette stereo system with ceiling speakers. It comes with 2 of the larger 30lb LP Gas tanks (Propane) mounted on the tongue and includes a Deep Cycle Optima battery. The front jack is a power tongue jack and it includes 4 mounted stabilizer jacks. 32 Gallon freshwater tank, black and grey tanks and 3 roof vents and the one in the bathroom includes a fan. Rear storage door is very large and rear bed flips up to allow for bike storage. Front area has pass-through storage compartments. Tons of storage inside and out. It has an outside shower, emergency exit windows and with all the options this is priced below Kelly Blue Book value. This trailer is a dual axle trailer with brand new tires and a trailer braking system. Purchase of this unit includes weight distribution and sway arm control system and hitch. The rear has a full size spare tire with tire cover, and roof ladder. The roof has been treated and sealed numerous times. Trailer has a 6 gallon gas hot-water tank, microwave oven, 3 burner stove and oven with stainless steel burner cover and vented hood. Kitchen has two bowl sink with cutting board covers and the bathroom has a single bowl sink. The refrigerator and freezer can run on LP Gas or AC Power. This is a very comfortable unit that is big and spacious enough for a family to go camping with friends. It is very lightweight and tows very smoothly.
