Used 2005 Forest River Grand Surveyor 272 with front living room.This is a great starter camper with room for up to 6 people. In the front is a sofa which converts to a bed for sleeping space. Behind the sofa is the kitchen with a dinette slideout on the door side. The dinette converts to a bed for sleeping space. Across from the dinette is the kitchen with breakfast Counter and stools. The kitchen has a large double sink, stove/oven, microwave, two door refrigerator with plenty of storage. A side bathroom is behind the kitchen and features a tub/shower combo, toilet, lavatory sink with medicine cabinet and storage below. In the back of the camper is a private master bedroom with a walk around queen bed and a shirt wardrobe on either side of the bed. There are two entrances to the camper; one in the front where the sofa is and one in the back bedroom.This camper has plenty of hidden features as well as the layout of the design. There is a rooftop air conditioner for even cooling throughout the camper. A propane furnace provides heating and is ducted throughout the camper. The water heater provide plenty of hot water on demand for cleaning and bathing. A stereo system will provide entertainment while camping. And a TV antenna helps get signal if you bring a TV with you.On the outside, the exterior of the camper is fiberglass with laminated aluminum superstructure. There are four corner stabilizer jacks for a solid foundation while camping. In the front are two LP tanks. There is a very large patio awning on the door side covering both entry doors. There is an outside shower for cleaning up really dirty messes with going into the camper.
