Well taken care of, new tires (06/16) generator serviced on (08/16), new fuel pump in fuel station installed (06/16), new diamond plate around trailer installed (08/16). interior always clean. 100 gallon fresh water, 50 gal grey and 50 gal black. AC, Heater, fridge, oven, stove top, microwave, all work perfect. Newer roof (05/12). Make an appointment to check it out at the storage unit and or my home. What ever is easier. Storage is in Pomona (off the 71 freeway) and home is in Eastvale (off the 15 freeway)
